颅颌面坚强内固定(四)颅颌面骨生物力学及骨折愈合与修复 被引量:6

摘要 颅颌面骨折是颅颌面临床常见病和多发病.颅颌面骨折可致患者语言、咀嚼等功能障碍,还常造成患者严重的容貌畸形,引起患者的社交、心理障碍,显著降低患者的生活质量.因此,颅颌面骨折矫治研究具有重要的理论和社会实践意义.在该研究领域中,颅颌面骨生物力学及骨折愈合的相关研究近年来取得了丰富的成果,其中不少成果已经应用于临床,为提高颅颌面骨折的治疗水平提供了重要的理论基础和指导依据,现将从颅颌面骨折临床矫治出发,对颅颌面骨生物力学及骨折愈合简要阐述.
