利用内耗证明富Al B2 Fe-Al合金中结构空位的存在

摘要 利用内耗方法对B2 Fe-Al合金中原子缺陷的运动特征进行了研究。结果表明,Fe57Al43合金的内耗行为表明降温测量时样品中残留的热空位不足以产生内耗峰。对于不同温度空冷以及空冷后在400℃时效不同时间的Fe47Al53合金,降温测量时有一个在410℃附近内耗峰(P2H峰),且峰高与热处理方式无关,而与结构空位有关。 Evolution feature of atomic defect in B2 Fe-Al alloy was investigated by internal friction method. The results show that the amount of retained thermal vacancies is not sufficient for the formation of internal friction peaks during the cooling measurement according to the internal friction properties of Fe57Al43 alloy. For the Fe47 Al53 alloy air-cooled from varied temperatures, an internal friction peak (P2H peak) is found during cooling at around 410℃ , and the peak height is not influenced by different heat treatments, and is related with constitutional vacancies.
