摘要
分别采用索氏萃取法、微波萃取法和超声萃取法对皮革制品中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂进行提取,比较各方法的提取效果。结果表明,超声萃取法的综合性能最好。分别采用超高效液相色谱法、气相色谱/质谱-选择离子监测法、气相色谱/串联质谱法对萃取物进行分析,建立了3种测试方法,并对方法的线性关系、精密度、检出限等参数进行了比较。分别采用这3种方法对市售皮革制品中的邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂含量进行测定,结果表明,这3种测试方法所得结果之间无显著性差异。
Phthalate ester plasticizers in leather products were extracted by Soxhet extraction technique, microwave - assisted extraction technique and ultrasonic extraction technique, respectively. The extraction effects were compared and the results show that ultrasonic extraction technique is the most excellent among these three extraction techniques. The extracts were analyzed by ultra - high performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography/mass - selected ion monitor technique and gas chromatogra- phy- tandem mass spectrometry, respectively. The linear relationship, precision and the detection limits were compared. Phthalate plasticizers in leather products available commercially were analyzed and the results show that there existed was no signif- icantevident difference among the data obtained by these three methods.
