摘要
笔者就进展期胃癌D2根治术的研究进展进行综述,内容包括淋巴结清扫范围,几组重要淋巴结清扫的价值和必要性,清扫的前沿技术与安全性,腹腔镜技术,前哨淋巴结及胃癌微转移等方面。
In this paper, the authors address the advances in D2 radical resection for advanced gastric cancer, including the scope of lymph node dissection, value and necessity of clearance of several important lymph groups, cutting- edge technology and safety of the dissections, laparoscopic techniques, and sentinel lymph node as well as gastric cancer micrometastasis.
