摘要
肝纤维化(hepatic fibrosis,HF)发生的中心环节是肝星状细胞(hepatic stellate cells,HSCs)的活化,实质是细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)的合成大于降解。TGF-β1不仅影响HSC的活化,还影响ECM的合成与降解,故在HF的发生发展中起重要作用。本文通过对TGF-β1的信号通路及其信号通路间的对话(crosstalk)来阐述TGF-β1与HF的关系。
