摘要
将同工酶技术与细胞遗传学相结合 ,对谷子与轮生狗尾草 (2 X、4X)野生种之间的遗传与进化关系进行了分析。分析结果表明 :谷子与轮生狗尾草四倍体类型 (4X)具有一定的同源性 ,而与轮生狗尾草二倍体类型 (2 X)的同源性较少。轮生狗尾草四倍体类型与轮生狗尾草二倍体类型具有与谷子相近的同源性。青狗尾草 (谷子 )和轮生狗尾草二倍体类型 (2 X)是轮生狗尾草四倍体类型 (4X)最可能的两个祖先种。轮生狗尾草二倍体类型与四倍体类型尽管在形态上具有一定的相似性 ,由于生殖隔离的存在 ,将轮生狗尾草二倍体类型命名为 Setariaverticillata,轮生狗尾草四倍体类型命名为 Setaria verticiformis是正确的 ,它们分别属于两个不同的分类群。
Cytogenetical studies of S.millet (4n) × S.verticiformis (4X) F 1,combined with morphology and isoenzyme analysis on related species,appeared that S.millet is larger homologous with S.verticiformis (4X) than with S.verticillata (2X). S.verticiformis is homologous with S.verticillata as the same as with S.millet .Green foxtail ( S.viridis ) and S.verticillata may be ancestor of S.verticiformis in the most possibility.Although S.verticillata is more similar to S.verticiformis than to S.viridis (S.millet ) on morphology,based on our experiment evidences and reproductive segregation between them,it is considered that they should be different taxonomical groups.
