摘要
采用正交试验,对风力机塔筒用主要材料Q345E钢在气固两相流下的冲刷磨损行为进行研究,分析了影响磨损率的主要因素。结果表明:风速造成的磨损率最大,其次是粒径,最次是冲击角度。得到的最大磨损率影响组合为:风速17.4m/s,粒径0.109-0.212nll/l,冲击角度45°。
The main material-Q345E steel used in gas-solid flow erosion wear behavior was studied by orthogonal test, and then the main factors affecting the wear rate of the wind turbine tower were analyzed. The results show that: the wear rate caused by wind speed is largest, followed by particle size, the last is the angle of impact. The maximum wear rate impact of the combination is that the wind speed is 17.4 m/s, the particle size is 0.109-0.212 ram, impact angle is 45°.
