摘要
测定了氢化钛的等温分解曲线,对氢化钛分解规律进行研究;建立泡沫金属的发泡动力学方程,并对动力学方程进行简化。根据所得到的简化方程对发泡过程进行分析,得到了泡沫金属气泡长大过程中发泡剂的加入量、发泡时间、发泡温度和粘度对泡沫高度变化的影响规律。
The decomposition curve of titanium hydride was determined at the same temperatures, and the rule of titanium hydride decomposition was investigated. The foaming dynamics equation of metal foam was described, and the dynamics equation was simplified. The foaming process was analyzed by using simplified equation. The influence rule of amount of foaming agent, foaming time, foaming temperature and viscosity on the evalution foaming height is achieved during the course of bubble growth in metal foam.
