高硫合金钢的热变形行为研究

Study on Heat Deformation Behavior of High Sulfide Alloy Steel

利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机研究了高硫合金钢铸坯在高温变形过程中的动态再结晶行为。结果表明,高硫合金钢的真应力-真应变曲线为动态再结晶型;并回归得到其动态再结晶数学模型;高硫合金钢中硫化物对奥氏体热变形行为有影响。

The dynamic recrystallization behavior of casting state high sulfur alloy steel was studied by Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation tester. The results show that the true stress-true strain curve of high sulfur alloy steel is dynamic recrystallization modality. The kinetic model of the dynamic recrystallization can be obtained. The sulfides have an effect on the heat deformation behavior of high sulfur alloy steel.
