摘要
设计了Ti6242s合金的高温热模拟压缩试验,得到该合金的真应力-真应变曲线。发现降低温度和升高应变速率能使峰值应力增加,并且出现应力软化。采用双曲正弦函数模型,对真应力-真应变曲线进行线性回归,建立了Ti6242s合金高温热变形本构方程。采用该方程得到的计算结果和实验结果吻合较好。
The compression test of Ti6242s alloy at high temperature was carried out. The true stress-true strata curves o~ the alloys were obtained. With the increase of strain rate and decrease of temperature, the peak stress increases, and the stress-softening effect appears. According to the hyperbolic sine model, the constitutive equations of the alloys at high temperature is established by regressing the modified true stress-true strain curves. The calculation results obtained from the constitutive equations agree with the experimental results very well.
