摘要
介绍了AP1000安注箱复合钢板的制造工艺以及产品热成型生产检验结果,通过对钢板性能和热成型的分析,说明有充分的性能试验验证,并在热成形过程中选择适宜的成形工艺以及恢复性能热处理工艺,能保证复合板的性能和质量。该复合板可被用于核电站的关键设备。
The application of clad plate heat forming on APIO00 accumulator was discussed. By the analysis of the mechanical properties and heat forming, it is concluded that the properties of the clad plate can meet the standaxd and the clad plate could be used on the important equipment of nuclear power plant.
