摘要 采用自蔓延高温合成技术(SHS)制备C f/TiC-TiB2陶瓷基复合材料。通过实验获得制备3wt%Ti-B4C-Cf体系的优化工艺为最佳预制块相对密度为60%左右,预压力为4 MPa,最佳延迟6 s,高压压力300 MPa,高温保压时间15s。 Based on self-propagating high-temperature synthesis technology (SHS), the practical value of C/TiC-TiB2 ceramic base composite was made. The optimization process of making 3wt% Ti-B4C-Cr system was the best precast block relative density of 60% or so, the preliminary pressure for 4 MPa, best delay time for 6 s, high pressure for 300 MPa and high temperature dwell time of 15 s.
