摘要
用电刷镀工艺制备了碳管加入量为0、0.5、1、2g/L的Ni-P/CNT复合镀层,取其一半进行400℃×1h热处理,从而获得晶态Ni-P/CNT复合镀层。对以上二种复合镀层的微观组织形貌进行观察分析。结果表明:碳管使镀层的沉积团产生晶粒细化,晶粒尺寸从几十微米降到10μm左右,而且少量沉积团的形状也发生变化。一些单根或团聚的碳管部分暴露在镀层表面。热处理使镀层晶化的同时也使其表面氧化。
Ni-P/CNT composite coating was prepared by electricity brush plating process with 0, 0.5, 1, 2 g/L addition of carbon nanotubes. And half of the coating was heat-treated at 400 ℃ for 1 h to obtain crystalline Ni-P/CNT composite coating. The microstructure and morphology of above two kinds of composite coatings were observed. The results show that the carbon tubes not only reduce the grain size of the coating deposition fxom dozens of μm to about 10 μm, but also change the shape of small amounts of deposition. Some single or clustering of carbon nanotubes partially expose on the surface of the coating, so that heat treatment makes the coating crystallization and surface oxidation.
