摘要 采用材料显微分析方法和力学性能测试等手段,对X100管线钢在应变时效中的脆化规律进行了研究。结果表明,应变时效使实验钢X100产生脆化。随应变时效温度升高,强度和硬度增加,塑性和韧性下降。应变时效脆化形成的机理是管线钢间隙原子与位错的交互作用。 The embrittlement law of XIO0 pipeline steel was studied during strain aging through microscopic analysis method, mechanical property test and so on. The results show that strain aging results in embrittlement of XIO0. With the increase of strain aging temperature, the strength and the hardness increase while the plasticity and the toughness decrease. The interaction between interstitial atom and dislocation of pipeline steel is the main reason for strain aging.
