摘要
研究了不同加热速度以及不同冷却方式对508-3钢奥氏体晶粒尺寸的影响。结果表明:508-3钢在奥氏体化过程中,随加热速度的提高,钢的奥氏体晶粒得到了一定程度的细化;不同冷却方式得到的原始组织再次奥氏体化后,炉冷得到的铁素体+珠光体组织相比水冷得到马氏体组织所获得奥氏体晶粒更为细小。
The effects of different heating rate and different cooling mode on the austenite grain size of 508-3 steel were investigated. The results show that finer grain size can be obtained by improving heating rate in the austenitizing process of 508-3 steel, and ferrite/pearlite primary microstructure obtained by furnace cooling can refine austenite grain size of 508-3 steel to some extent, compared with martensite primary microstructure obtained by water cooling.
