摘要 针对AISI4145H钢硬度高、不利于切削加工并且退火周期长等问题,本文通过对AISI4145H钢的物理实验,研究退火工艺对AISI4145H钢的组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:工件在740℃保温60 min后进行空冷,试样的组织和力学性能满足生产要求。现场应用表明:新工艺的生产周期为22 h,与原工艺相比缩短73.2%,提高了退火炉的周转率。 Focusing on the problems occurred during the production of AISI4145H steel, such as high hardness, low cutability and long annealing cycle, the effects of annealing process on the mierostructure and mechanical properties of AISI4145H steel were investigated through physical experiment. The results show that the sample annealed at 740 ℃ for 1 h and then air cooled to ambient temperature has satisfactory microstructure and mechanical properties. Field application shows that the production cycle of this annealing technology is 22 h, which reduces 73.2% cycle compared with the original one, and increases the work velocity of annealing furnace.
