3D-CTA与3D-DSA诊断颅内动脉瘤的对比研究 被引量:18

摘要 动脉瘤是颅内血管性疾病的常见病、多发病,动脉瘤破裂引起的蛛网膜下腔出血致死率、致残率较高。一直以来DSA被认为是诊断动脉瘤的金标准,但是DSA是有创性检查,且并发症较多,不宜作为急诊动脉瘤术前诊断的首选方法。CT血管造影以其无创、快捷、简便、安全、经济等优势在动脉瘤的术前诊断方面得到了临床医生的广泛认可。本研究以3D-DSA为标准,评价256排3D-CTA在诊断颅内动脉瘤方面的临床价值。
