摘要
为研制针对我国HIV 1流行毒株的艾滋病毒疫苗 ,构建了具有代表性的 gag和 gp12 0核酸疫苗 ,进行了初步的小鼠免疫实验。结果初步显示 :(1)免疫Balb/C小鼠可以产生HIV 1特异性的体液和细胞免疫 ;(2 ) gag和gp12 0基因联合免疫可以同时诱发针对 gag和 gp12 0的细胞和体液免疫反应 ,而且效果比各自单独免疫要好 ;(3)B亚型 gp12 0基因免疫可以诱发识别C亚型 gp12 0抗原的CTL反应。本文核酸疫苗研究的初步结果值得进一步系统地进行试验。
For developing a HIV 1 vaccine against the prevalent HIV 1 strains in China, we constructed the DNA vaccine plasmids of the representative gag gene and gp 120 gene, and immunized the Balb/C mice. Preliminary results showed: (1) gag and gp120 DNA vaccine could induce HIV 1 specific cell mediated and humoral immunity; (2) Co immunization with gag and gp120 plasmids induced both gag and gp120 specific cell mediated and humoral immune response, and showed stronger than that of immunization with gag or gp120 alone; (3) The specific CTL induced by subtype B gp 120 could recognize gp120 antigen of subtype C, which showed a CTL cross reaction between subtype B and C. The preliminary results showed hope of developing HIV 1 DNA vaccine and worthy to continue further studies.
