分子流行病学在细菌耐药性研究中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 流行病学方法在细菌耐药现象研究传统意义上的应用是通过监测、观察以及分析和实验研究等方法来明确耐药细菌分布的规律及其影响因素,借以探讨耐药细菌的流行与传播规律,并为制订预防和控制措施提供科学依据。尽管存在一些不足,此类研究结果在帮助人们认识耐药细菌的传播与流行规律中仍发挥了重要作用。与此同时,还有许多研究探讨了不同分子型别耐药细菌以及与细菌耐药性相关的各种因子(如耐药质粒、耐药基因、相关基因组件等)的分布、作用方式与程度、传播规律及其影响因素等问题,即有关细菌耐药性的各种问题。此类研究能够揭示细菌耐药性在耐药细菌中(或间)的存在现状、发生发展和相互传播的规律。
