以人为本的办公建筑室内空间设计探索

Study of People-oriented Office Building Interior Space Design

随着经济的迅猛发展,办公建筑的发展也进入到了一个新的阶段,建筑设计从对外观的追求进入到对内部空间的探索。通过文献资料研究,总结现存办公楼平面布置特点和室内空间的一般组织形式,并将文献研究与问卷调研相结合,在以人为本的基础上,提出优化室内空间的设计手法,即在办公楼内融入休息空间,同时将休息空间与公共空间相结合布置,创造出舒适的办公环境并最大化利用室内空间。

With the rapid growth of the economy in recent years, the architectural design for the office building has entered into a new stage, creating a pleasant interior space not just a wonderful appearance. In this paper, based on the literature research, the layout characteristics of the existing office building plane and the general organization forms of the interior space are summarized. Then a people- oriented optimal design for the interior space is put forward with the idea of adding some resting space into the office building and combining them with the public space such as toilet, transport space and meeting room, etc. Thus a comfortable and space-saving office environment can be created.
