摘要
以月光鱼为试验对象,对制药废水的急性毒性影响进行研究。通过研究制药废水对月光鱼和斑马鱼的毒性效应对比,结果表明,月光鱼比国际标准用鱼——斑马鱼对制药废水监测更敏感,更适合做综合水体污染的指示生物。
We take the moonlight fish and zebra fish as the models to study the effects of acute toxicity of pharmaceutical wastewater. The results show that moonlight fish is more sensitive and suitable for biological indicator of comprehensive water pollution than the zebra fish in the pharmaceutical wastewater monitoring.
