梵净山七叶一枝花总黄酮含量测定

Determination for Total Flavones Quantity in the Paris Polyphylla in Fanjing Mountain

采用紫外分光光度法对不同生长年限的梵净山珍稀药用植物七叶一枝花总黄酮的含量进行了测定。结果表明,不同生长年限的七叶一枝花,其总黄酮含量不同。1年生的总黄酮含量为3.86mg/g,4年生的总黄酮含量为4.91mg/g,8年生的总黄酮含量为5.29mg/g。该研究可为发展铜仁药材经济、提高药农种植积极性、带动药农增收、推动地方特色药用植物发展提供科学的理论依据。

The quantity of total flavones,extracted from the Paris polyphylla with different growth years in Fanjing mountain,were checked out by means of ultraviolet spectroscopy. The results showed that the total flavones quantity was different from Pans polypbyllas with different growth years. 3.86mg/g was in one growth year,4.91mg/g was in four growth years, 5.29mg/g was in eight growth years. This research would provide a scientific basis for Tongren herbs economic development, improving planter＇s enthusiasm and incomes, and promoting development of local characteristic medicinal plants.
