压力性尿失禁的治疗进展 被引量：6

摘要 压力性尿失禁（stress urinary incontinence，SUI）目前分为手术治疗与非手术治疗。手术治疗（Burch手术、TVT／TVT-O）适用于中重度压力性尿失禁，非手术治疗（药物疗法、物理疗法、尿道周围填充物、特殊器具以及中医特色疗法）一般适用于轻中度患者，非手术治疗也可作为手术治疗前后的辅助治疗。现就压力性尿失禁中西医最新研究进展综述如下。
