人工合成六倍体小麦苗期氮、糖代谢关键酶基因的表达

Expression of Key Enzyme Genes Related to Nitrogen and Sugar Metabolism in Synthetic Hexaploid Wheats during Seedling Stage

摘要 以人工合成异源六倍体小麦为材料,采用RT-PCR技术,对六倍体小麦多倍化初期氮、糖代谢关键酶基因(GS1、GS2、G6PDH、SPS)的表达情况进行了研究。结果表明,六倍体小麦GS1基因表达水平较其双亲中值(MPV)显著升高,GS2基因表达水平与其亲本基本一致,而G6PDH基因和SPS基因表达水平较其MPV出现了不同程度的降低。 The synthetic hexaploid wheats were used as material to study the expression of key enzymes genes (GS1 ,GS2 ,G6PDH and SPS) related to nitrogen and sugar metabolism in the early period of wheat allopolyploidization by RT-PCR technology. The results showed that the GSJ gene expression level of hexaploid wheat was much higher than its MPV,while the GS2 gene expression level of hexaploid wheat was consistent with its parents. The G6PDH and SPS gene expression levels in the hexaploid wheat were lower than its MPV in different degrees.
