摘要 为研究慢性湿度应激对肉仔鸡生产性能和血液生理生化指标的影响,选择生长均匀的21日龄健康AA雄性肉仔鸡144只,随机分成3个处理,即对照(相对湿度60%)、处理1(相对湿度35%)、处理2(相对湿度85%)。试验在智能人工气候舱内进行,试验期为3周。42日龄时,测定肉仔鸡生产性能及血液生化指标。试验结果显示:与对照组相比,高湿度(85%)条件下,试验末鸡体质量、日采食量和日增体质量显著降低,料重比降低,肉仔鸡血清乳酸脱氢酶活性和谷草转氨酶活性显著升高;低湿度(35%)下,肉仔鸡生产性能降低,肉仔鸡血清谷草转氨酶活性显著升高;处理1和处理2中,肉仔鸡血清钾离子含量降低,磷、氯离子含量升高。 To study the effects of chronic humidity stress on the growth performance and blood biochemical parameters of broilers, a total of 144 21-day-old AA male broiler chickens were allotted into three groups, including the control group of 60% relative humidity (60% RH),treatment group I of 35% relative humidity (35% RH) and group II of 85% relative humidity (85% RH),with 6 replicates per treatment and 8 birds per replicate. The experiment was conducted in the artificial climate chamber,and the time period was 3 weeks,from 22 to 42 days of age. By 42 days of age, the growth performance and blood biochemical parameters were determined. The results showed that compared to 60% RH,85% RH significantly declined the finical weight,average daily feed intake and average daily gain of broilers while the feed efficiency was only slightly declined. Birds in 35% RH had a similar trend compared with the birds in 60% RH. Compared to 60% RH,both the 35% and 85% decreased the serum potassium contents and incrqased serum phosphorus and serum chlorine contents. The serum lactate dehydrogenase and aspartate ami-notransferase activities of broilers in 85 % RH were higher than those in 60 % RH. The serum aspartate aminotransferase activities of broilers in 35~~ RH were higher than those in 60% RH.
