摘要
通过环氧树脂E-51和10-(2,5-二羟基苯基)-10-氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(ODOPB)含磷中间体反应,将阻燃元素磷引入E51分子结构中,制得一种ODOPB环氧树脂。探讨了催化剂种类,催化剂的量、反应温度、反应时间等影响因素,得出了ODOPB与E-51最佳反应条件:在160℃下,添加质量分数为0.5%的催化剂四乙基溴化铵,反应2-2.5h左右,可以得到均一透明的,淡黄色含磷菲环环氧树脂。并通过环氧值滴定研究ODOPB与E-51环氧树脂反应特性,结果表明E-51与ODOPB主要进行了分子间的交联反应。
In this paper, the synthesis of a kind of ODOPB epoxy resin by the reaction of epoxy resin E -51 with ODOPB, and the element P was brought into the molecular structure E51. The effect of different parameters, such as the amount of catalyst, reaction temperature, and reaction time, were also explored. The optimal reaction conditions was finally determined, when using tetraethylammonium bromide as the catalyst, 0.5%, and reaction time to be 2 ~ 2.5 h. Through the studay of the epoxy value of the reaction between ODOPB and E - 51 , results showed that E - 51 is easy to crosslink with ODOPB mainly.
