摘要
鹤壁煤电股份有限公司化工分公司甲醇设计产能为60万t/a,使用丹麦托普索低压甲醇合成工艺包,并采用了托普索推荐的MK-121铜基催化剂做为合成催化剂,氧化态催化剂的升温还原分为两个步骤:170℃前升温脱除物理水,170℃后升温还原脱除化学水。升温热源采用本单位自产4.2MPa中压过热蒸汽,所采用还原剂为99.9%的纯氢,该过程历时64h,升温脱水均匀,出水量与理论值相符,铜基催化剂还原效果良好,在后面的开车中得到了证明。
