摘要
提出了运营商应该细化管道颗粒,满足用户的个性化需求,建立大数据平台,挖掘流量商业价值;从2个方面对业务和商业模式进行了创新,并建议运营商应着眼于精修管道,有效利用网络投资,采用四网协同,特别是如何有效地使用好第四张网WLAN网络,帮助运营商提高网络的利用效率;最后建议运营商考虑SDN等新技术,以达到优化管道,保护投资的作用。
Operators should refine the pipe to meet the user＇s personalized needs, establish a big data platform to build the new business model. Carrying on the service and business model innovation from these two aspects, operators should focus on expanding the network bandwidth and using effectively the network investment, adopt the collaboration between the 2G/3G/4GANLAN network to improve network efficiency. It also suggests that operators consider some new technologies, such as SDN to opti-mize the pipe and protect the investment.
