On the Path of Contradiction's Diversified Resolution Mechanism——In View of the Petition System's Reconstruction

基于社会矛盾的多元化,社会矛盾的解决机制不能局限于单一模式,也应多元化。其中,信访制度在社会矛盾多元化解决机制中占有重要位置。法治在中国的发展面临着治理化,与信访制度之间存在冲突。信访制度的路径选择,需要从法治和治理的角度进行探讨。

Based on the diversity of contradiction, conflict resolution mechanisms cannot be confined to a single mode, also should be diversified. The petition system occupies an important position in the diversi- fied resolution mechanism. The development of the Rule of Law in China will be facing management, and there is a conflict between it with the petition system. The path of petition system must be choused from the Rule of Law and governance.
