教育过程公平是从微观角度探讨教育公平,本文首先研究了基础教育阶段教育过程公平发展的法理标准和价值取向,而后对河北省基础教育阶段教育过程公平的发展现状进行了分析。

Educational process fairness discusses educational fairness from the microscopic perspective. In this paper, the standards and values of the educational process fairness of the basic education are investigated. Furthermore, the development status of the educational process fairness of the basic education in Hebei province is analyzed.
