肱骨近端骨折的分型与治疗方法探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨肱骨近端骨折的分型、治疗方法及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析128例肱骨近端骨折病例,其中保守治疗46例,闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定12例,切开复位内固定63例,人工肩关节置换7例。结果随访6~36个月,按照Neer肩关节功能评分:保守治疗优良率78.BoA,闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定优良率66.7%,切开复位内固定优良率87.3%,人工肩关节置换优良率85.7%。结论对不同分型的病例选择合适的治疗方法。NeerI型及部分Neer1I型适用保守治疗;部分NeerⅡ型适用闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定;NeerⅢ、NeerⅣ、NeerV及NeerVI型适用切开复位内固定或人工肩关节置换术。
