夏黑葡萄单芽扦插加温快速育苗试验初报

Rapid propagation trial of grape variety Xiahei using single bud cuttings under warming condition

对夏黑葡萄进行单芽扦插加温催根快速育苗试验,结果表明：单芽扦插土温在20～25℃范围内,其生根率达100％,与不加温的单芽、双芽扦插2个对照处理差异均达极显著水平；单芽、双芽加温催根处理在成活率上无显著差异；经加温催根直接扦插的苗木生长健壮,育苗期仅60 ～ 70 d,出圃时间提早10～20 d.

A rapid propagation trial of grape variety Xiahei using single bud cuttings under warming condition was conducted, and the results showed that the rooting rate reached 100% when the soil temperature was warmed at 20 -25℃, which was extremely significant higher than those control treatments of single bud cutting and double buds cutting without warming condition. There were no significant difference in survival rates between single bud cutting and double buds cutting under warming condition. The rooted cuttings by warming way presented stronger growth, and the seedling period ranged 60 -70 d, which made seedling transplantation byl0 -20 d earlier.
