海鲜菇菇形美观,质地脆嫩,营养丰富,味道鲜美,具有独特的海鲜风味,深受消费者喜爱,是近年食用菌工厂化栽培的主要菇种之一。开展海鲜菇周年工厂化高产优质栽培,必须从选种、备料、灭菌、接种、发菌、催蕾、出菇管理、采收等方面加强管理。
Hypsizygus marmoreus possesses nice mushroom appearance, crisp texture, delicious taste, rich nutrient, unique seafood flavor, it is well received by the consumer, has became the main culturing species under factory production in recent years. In order to produce Hypsizygus marmoreus year-around in industrialized scale with high-yield and good quality, it needs to strengthen management from the species selection, culture medium preparation, sterilization, inoculation, hyphal incubation, alabastrum stimulation, fruiting management, harvesting and so on.
