摘要
无级变速器起步过程存在较大的冲击,离合器接合压力变化和摩擦片摩擦系数变化是引起起步冲击的主要原因。摩擦系数为不可控因素,控制离合器接合压力可实现对冲击度的抑制。重点研究了起步离合器模糊控制策略对冲击度的抑制效果,建立了基于模糊控制的整车数学模型,完成了平地工况的仿真分析,结果表明模糊控制策略能显著抑制起步时冲击度过大,有较大的应用价值。
A larger impact exists in start-up process of a CVT, the changes of clutch engagement pressure and friction coefficient are the main causes leading to starting impacts. Friction coefficient is uncontrollable, impulsion inhibition can be realized by controlling the clutch engagement pressure. Here, the inhibition effect of starting clutch fuzzy control strategy on the impulsion was investigated emphatically. The mathematical model of the whole system based on the fuzzy control was established. The simulation analysis of a flatland start-up was performed. The results showed that the fuzzy control strategy can inhibit the impulsion significantly, and is valuable for application.
