摘要
采用硫磺硫化体系和金属氧化物硫化体系对NBR/CR并用胶实施复合交联,考察了NBR/CR并用比对并用胶性能的影响。结果表明,复合交联后,随着NBR用量的增大,并用胶的M L、MH-M L逐渐增大,焦烧时间t10和正硫化时间t90总体呈缩短趋势,硫化速率增大。当NBR/CR并用比为70/30时,力学性能最好。CR的力学性能和耐老化性能优于NBR,CR的加入可明显提高NBR/CR并用胶的强度及耐老化性能。NBR的加入能够有效提高胶料的耐油性。
The effects of the blending ratio on the properties of NBR/CR blend vulcanizates were investigated. NBR/CR blends were vulcanized in multi-crosslinking system being composed of the sulfur curing system and metal oxide curing system. The results show that, as increasing NBR content, the ML, MH-ML of the blends elevated, the scorch time(t10) and positive vulcanization time(t90) decreased. When the blending ratio was 70/30, the physical and mechanical properties of the blend vulcanizates were the best. The mechanical and the aging resistance properties of CR were superior to those of NBR, meaning that both strength and aging resistance of NBR/CR blends increase after join the CR, Furthermore the oil resistance of NBR/CR blends obviously improved when blended with NBR.
