福建省白马山自然保护区野生蔬菜资源调查

为了掌握福建省白马山自然保护区野生蔬菜资源现状,在本底调查的基础上,通过补充和走访调查,结果表明:福建省白马山自然保护区现有野生蔬菜资源36科74属98种,按其食用部位分,嫩茎叶类15科43属58种、芽类6科7属8种、地下块茎类4科4属8种、花果类8科9属13种、其他类1科9属13种;本文分析当地野生蔬菜开发利用现状和问题,提出合理化开发建议,为下一步保护、开发和利用提供参考依据。
