重型颅脑损伤100例院前急救分析

Analysis on Pre-hospital Care for 100 Patients with Severe Craniocerebral Injury

目的:探讨重型颅脑损伤院前急救措施。方法:选取重型颅脑损伤患者100例,给予患者院前现场急救及呼吸道护理等措施。结果:100例患者中,中途死亡20例,抢救脱险80例。结论:对重型颅脑损伤患者实施及时、有效的现场救护,有助于提高救治成功率。

Objective：To explore the measures of pre-hospital care for the patients suffering from severe cran-iocerebral injury. Method：One hundred patients were administered with pre-hospital care and the measures of respi-ratory tract nursing. Result：There were 20 patients died in the treatment and 80 patients successfully rescued. Con-clusion： Timely and effective measures of first aid for the patients suffering from severe craniocerebral injury are helpful to improve success rate of the rescue.
