摘要
目的:观察优质护理服务对冠心病住院患者护理服务满意率的影响。方法:将600例冠心病患者随机分为观察组、对照组各300例。2组均给予冠心病常规护理措施,观察组同时按照《2010年"优质服务示范工程"活动方案》给予优质护理服务。优质护理服务措施主要包括加强认识、尊重患者、心理支持、认知干预、行为干预、健康教育等。结果:观察组满意率为96.67%,对照组满意率为83.33%,2组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。住院时间、2年内复发次数观察组分别为(16±1.2)天、(1.0±0.3)次,对照组分别为(22±1.3)天、(3.0±0.2)次,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结果:优质护理服务可提高冠心病住院患者护理服务满意率。
Objective:To explore the effects of high quality nursing on satisfactory degree of inpatients suffer-ing from coronary heart disease (CHD). Method:All 600 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group equally. Both groups were given with routine nursing and the observation group with high quality nursing according to "high quality service demonstration project" in 2010. The measures of high quality service mainly contained enhancing understanding, respect for the patients, psychological support, cognitive intervention, action intervention, health education and others. Result:Satisfactory rate of the observation group was 96.67%, high-er than 83.33% of the control group with significant difference (P〈0.05). Hospitalization time and relapse time within two years of the observation group were (16 ±1.2) days and (1.0 ±0.3) times, shorter than (22 ±1.3) days and (3.0±0.2) times of the control group, the difference was significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion:High quality nursing could increase nursing satisfactory degree of inpatients suffering from CHD.
