摘要 目的:观察健康教育路径对消化性溃疡患者护理效果的影响。方法:将70例消化性溃疡患者随机分为观察组、对照组各35例。对照组采用常规的护理方法,即按此病的护理常规及医嘱进行护理。观察组采用消化性溃疡健康教育路径模式进行护理。观察2组患者护理满意度、住院时间及疾病复发率。结果:护理满意度观察组、对照组分别为97.05%,80.10%,2组相比差异显著(P<0.05);平均住院时间观察组、对照组分别为(9.50±1.02)天、(14.00±1.05)天,2组相比差异显著(P<0.05);复发率实验组、对照组分别为5.7%、25.7%,2组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:采用健康教育路径进行护理干预,可明显提高消化患者的满意度,缩短住院时间,降低复发率。 Objective: To observe the effects of health education pathway on the nursing for the patients suffering from peptic ulcer. Method: All 70 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. The control group were given with routine care and the observation group health education pathway of peptic ulcer. Satisfactory degree of nursing, hospitalization time and recurrence rate of all patients were observed. Result:Satisfactory rate of nursing of both groups were respectively 97.05%and 80.10%, the difference was significant (P〈0.05);average hospitalization time of both groups were (9.50±1.02) and (14.00±1.05) days, the comparison had significant difference (P〈0.05);relapse rate of both groups were 5.7%and 25.7%, the difference was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Nursing intervention through health education pathway could improve satisfactory degree of the patients clearly, shorten hospitalization time and decrease relapse rate.
