腰椎间盘减压术联合胶原酶溶解术术后护理体会

Nursing Experience of the Patients Undergone Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Decompression and Collagenase Chemonucleolysis

目的：探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者盘内减压术联合盘外胶原酶溶解术后的护理方法。方法：对105例患者给予心理护理、饮食护理、手术护理、术后功能锻炼、出院指导等护理措施，随访1～24个月，观察患者恢复情况。结果：本组105例患者术后随访1～24个月，所有患者疼痛消失，无运动功能障碍，恢复正常工作和活动。结论：腰椎间盘突出患者微创术后护理在整个治疗过程中起着重要的作用。

Objective：To survey nursing methods for the patients who were performed with lumbar Interverte-bral disc decompression and collagenase chemonucleolysis. Method：All 105 patients accepted nursing measures in-cluding psychological care, dietary care, surgical care, postoperative functional exercise, discharge instructions and others, followed up for one month to one year, the recovery of the patients were observed. Result：In the follow-ups for 105 patients after surgery for one month to one year, the pain was disappeared, and there was no dyskinesia, the patients were returned to normal work and activities. Conclusion：Nursing for the patients undergone minimally in-vasive surgery is playing a key role in the whole therapy.
