摘要
分析了压紧销制件的成形工艺,针对压紧销头部的镦粗、成形设计了一副多工位级进模,在杆状工序件的传送方面,设计了一种模套组件结构,利用模框和模芯的斜面配合和相对位移,既方便放入制件毛坯,实现工序件夹持、输送,又可以与其他装置一起控制工序件的上下位置以及制件的推出,从而解决了杆状制件采用级进模进行成形的难题。
The design of a multi-position progressive die for the upsetting and forming of the head of a pressing rod was presented. A die sleeve component structure was designed for the conveying of the rod. By applying the inclined fitting of die frame and core and their relative replacement, the placement, clamping and conveying of the rod, as well as the rod position control and striping can be implemented.
