摘要
薄壁桶形零件由于壁薄且弯曲半径较大,成形后会发生回弹,使零件不符合图纸要求。为解决回弹问题,在进行零件成形工艺分析的基础上,采取补偿法修正弯曲模直径,并在模具中设置叠板装置,以解决钢板两端在上半模模腔中发生的相顶干涉问题,使零件回弹后符合图样要求。
Spring-back will occur after the forming of thin wall barrel part due to its thin wall and large bending radius which makes the component dimensions inconformity with the requirements of the drawings. Based on analysis of the forming process, compensation method was applied to amend the bending die diameter and the laminated plate was in- stalled in the die in which the interference of the two ends of the plate in the upper die cavity can be prevented and meet the quality requirements.
