摘要
在对汽车侧围外板冲模进行开发的过程中发现,制件材料较薄,外形尺寸较大,形面几何形状不规则,成形困难,附加冲压工艺补充以及后续模具设计比较复杂,冲压过程中出现了叠料、裂纹、皱褶等现象。通过分析制件冲压工艺,对冲压工艺进行了合理的优化,有效提高了制件的质量,从而使白车身的整体质量得到大幅提升,保证了整个项目的开发工作顺利进行。
Some problems were found in developing a stamping die for the side panel of an automobile, like thinner part material, larger dimensions, irregular profile geometrical shape, difficult forming, additional stamping process, complex follow-up die design, and stacldng material, cracks, creases phenomenon appeared in the process of stamping. Based on study of the stamping process, some optimization has been implemented.
