摘要 直流脉冲MIG焊机其弧焊电源电力电路采用IGBT逆变控制技术,控制系统包括单片机控制系统、送丝控制系统、IGBT驱动电路及保护电路等。单片机控制系统主要完成焊接参数控制、焊接程序控制等任务。介绍了直流脉冲MIG焊焊接程序的两步控制方式和四步控制方式。送丝驱动采用开关电路及速度半闭环控制,具有快速制动功能以满足收弧要求。阐述了直流MIG焊启弧、焊接、添弧坑、收弧过程及其控制技术。良好的收弧效果决定了下次启弧的可靠性,可靠启弧决定焊接顺利进行,亦是获得良好焊接质量的基础。介绍了收弧控制原理及控制参数选择原则。焊接试验表面,启弧可靠,焊接过程稳定,获得了良好的焊接质量。 With the adoption of IGBT inverting control technology,the control system of arc welding power for DC Pulse MIG welder adopts Single chip microcomputer control system,wire feed control system,IGBT driving circuit and its protective circuit etc.Single chip microcomputer control system primarily completes parameter and program control.A two-step control method and a four-step control method of the program of DC Pulse MIG welding process are introduced.Wire feed drive control system controlled by switch circuit and speed half closed-loop has fast brake function to meet the needs of ending arc.The process of igniting arc,welding,filling craters,ending arc and the control technology of DC Pulse MIG are elaborated.A good ending arc effect determines the reliability of the next igniting arc,and the reliability of igniting arc determines the smooth progress of welding,also it is the basic of obtaining a good quality of welding.The principle of the ending arc control and the control parameter selection are introduced.The welding test presents that a reliable igniting arc,a stable welding process and a good quality of welding can be obtained.
