摘要
设计了一种明弧焊接视频监控系统。通过采用特定的大动态范围的CCD相机、辅助光源和滤光减光片组成的光路系统,拍摄明弧焊接状态,包括:熔池、熔心、焊丝、钨针以及前端焊道,并在人机交互界面上实时显示来代替焊工近距离监控焊接熔池。同时,由焊工远距离遥控操纵焊接摆动器的动作,实现有人为干预的机械化焊接。这个系统的设计是用来解决当焊接位置不适合人近距离观察时,同样能实现机械化焊接的难题。同时也能有效减轻焊工作业强度,保护焊工身体免受弧焊的强电磁以及烟尘等的伤害。
In this thesis,we designed a kind of system for monitor open arc welding.We use a specific large sensitivity range CCD camera,light and filter to video open arc welding.The pictures show the weld pool,welding wire,tungsten and forward weld bead on the human-computer interface in real time.At the same time,the welder use wireless remote to control welding oscillator which could mechanized weld in human intervention.The system will be useful when the welding joint is not good for human working and reduce the welders working strength,protect the welder's body far away the strong electromagnetic radiation,smoke and dust.
