摘要
第三代核电AP1000的设计中采用了模块化施工的新理念,CA结构模块取代了传统的墙体施工方法,通过剪力钉将CA结构模块的墙体和混凝土结合成一个整体,简化了施工工艺。以CA结构模块的剪力钉为主要描述对象,简述了其设计要求以及螺柱焊和焊条电弧焊焊接方法,并对现场施工中剪力钉与其他组件相互干涉时的常用解决方法进行了阐述。
Modular construction is adopted in the design of AP1000 nuclear power plants,which replaced the traditional construction method and simplify the construction process.This thesis is focus on the shear studs used in CA structural modules which connect the steel plate wall and concrete combine into a whole,introduces the design requirements,welding methods:SW and SMAW,and the disposal methods when it is conflict with other components in the field construction.
