换热管与管板焊接结构改变引起设备泄漏的原因分析 被引量:3

摘要 一批进口热交换器通过了制造和安装等环节的检验与试验,但在调试环节发生泄漏。对其进行鉴定检验和分析后,发现换热管与管板的焊接结构改变是导致设备泄漏的主要原因,属设备提供方的责任。同时,对类似结构的换热器在设计、制造和检验等方面应注意的一些问题提出建议。 A number of imported heat exchanger passed the inspection and test of the manufacture,installation and so on,but the leakage occurred in the debugging.It was found that equipment leakage caused by changes of welded structure between heat exchanger tube and tubesheet.It is the responsibility of equipment providers.Meanwhile,the suggestions for some of the issues in the design,manufacturing and inspection and so on were given.Therefore,this paper could be a reference.
