摘要
对离子束诱变获得的螺旋生长突变体hk759的表型、遗传方式以及植物之间相互影响进行研究。结果显示,该突变体植株生长从地下部根系到地上部茎秆、叶片以及籽粒均发生螺旋,螺旋方向为逆时针。观察石蜡切片可知,造成植株螺旋生长的主要原因是细胞大小生长不均,细胞分布排列不一致。进一步研究显示,螺旋性状与水稻内源激素有关,突变体的生长素含量显著高于野生型。遗传分析表明,控制该突变体螺旋生长的突变基因为1对隐性单基因。突变体基因初定位于两个疑似位点。
A rice mutant named hk759 with helical form during the whole plant growth was obtained from irradiated by nitrogen ion beam. In this paper,we studied the phenotypic characteristics, genetic type and interaction between plants of hk759. The mutant showed anticlockwise helical growth in the root, leaves and grains. By observation of paraffin section, the mainly reason of helical growth was the uneven growth of cell size and the discord distribution of cells arrangement. By further study, it was found that the helical characteristics was related to endogenous hormone of rice. The contents of endogenous hormone in mutant was remarkable higher than that in wild type. The result of genetic analysis showed that the mutant was controlled by a single recessive gene. The mutant gene was mapped on two suspected sites.
