摘要
当下,基于教师实践共同体的合作学习,正逐步发展为教师学习的主流趋势。因此,教师的合作学习不仅仅要发生在教师的日常工作和学习中,还要在教师的培训中进行推进和拓展。而"国培计划",作为我国最高级别的中小学教师培训,它无疑拥有了支持教师合作学习的最佳条件。因此,调查"国培计划"中的合作学习的现状、缺失、并付之于建议,这不仅对完善"国培计划"来说意义重大,同时对于促进教师学习的主动性和有效性来说也意义非凡。
At present,the cooperative learning which is based on teachers' community of practice is a key trend of the teacher learning. Therefore,teacher cooperative learning not only occurs in the teacher' s daily work and study, but also is promoted and expanded in the teacher training. As the highest level of Chinese primary and secondary school teacher training program,national teacher training program undoubtedly has the best condition to support teacher' s cooperative learning. Therefore,investigating the current situation and deletion of cooperative learning in "National Teacher Training Program" and suggesting some feasibility strategy are significant to "National Teacher Training Program" and teacher learning.
