摘要
在促进教育教学均衡发展的过程中,合理的利用课堂动态资源关系到教育过程公平问题的解决。在探索课堂动态资源生成的过程中,分析了师生关系、教师的教学观念、评价方式、情感态度等影响课堂动态资源公平生成的因素,进而提出要实现课堂中主体间的师生关系、尊重学生个体差异、转变评价机制以及建立和谐课堂环境,从而有效地解决课堂动态资源产生和利用过程中的公平问题,更好地实现教育公平。
During the process of balanced education development, the rational use of classroom dynamic resources has a close relationship with education equity problem solving. The thesis explores the process of classroom dynamic resources generation, and analyzes the factors related to classroom dynamic resources generation, including teacher - student relationship, teachers ' teaching concepts, evaluation methods, attitudes, etc. then puts forward to achieve the teacher - student relationship between subjects in classroom, respect individual differences of students, transform the evaluation mechanisms and establish a harmonious classroom environment, which can effectively solve the problems in the process of classroom dynamic resources generation and utilization and better achieve educational equity.
